Upcoming CORE Community Events!

• Tuesday, April 16th is our Group Meditation from 8-9pm @ Manifest Studio. Bring your meditation cushion. A teaching video or audio will be released previous to the meditation if you need to learn or brush up on the concepts. 

• Tuesday, April 18th @6pm - “Intuitive Cleansing” Coaching Call via Zoom.

• “Intuitive Cleansing” week-long cleanse will be running from April 21-28! More info coming soon!

• Tuesday, April 30th - CORE Gathering Dinner - 6:30pm- 8:00pm @9006 Rochester Ave. - no need to bring anything! Simply reserve your spot and show up!

CORE VALUES

Ask Good Questions. We ask that you de-emphasize advice-giving or coaching each other during CORE Community gatherings or coaching calls. We all have plenty of other opinions to contend with in our daily lives. Instead, remember that questions are magical. Emphasizing some good ol’ question asking ignites the inner brilliance of each person and can unearth great insights.

Basic Stuff like Timeliness. Set your intention to be on time for the CORE Gatherings, yoga classes, and CORE Coaching. Please, and thank you. :)

Safety in Spiritual Beliefs. Our goal is to honor each others’ spiritual beliefs. ‘Nuff said. While I love to create space for connection with God during these gathering times and during meditations, it’s none of mine or anyone else’s business what your spiritual beliefs are at this time. Our hope is that you feel safe and free to embody a spiritual connection that is authentic for you and extend that respect to all in your circle.

CANCELLATION POLICY

It’s simple. If this community is not your jam right now, you can cancel at anytime. No hard feelings. You’ll retain your access to the member platform until your monthly cycle ends. If you are attending a retreat, we greatly recommend you keep your membership until the retreat ends, so you have access to all your prep work.
