1. Cleansing is creating the conditions for healing.
2. Symptoms are the language of the body.
3. A cleanse is not a cleanse unless the waste leaves the body.
4. We will be looking at food, thoughts, and emotions through the lens of energy.

Life-Giving Foods (vs life-depleting foods):
• pulsate with life + kinetic energy
• have a high water content
• are very alkaline

Core Concepts:
1. The body heals best in peace mode.
2. The subconscious mind speaks the language of emotions, sensations, and images.
3. We will tend to eat, live, and move according to who we BELIEVE ourselves to be. Tune into your true self✨
4. When we visualize our truest selves, the subconscious mind will begin to work for us, instead of against us.

Remember:
• Physical blockages create symptoms, and symptoms are the language of the body.
• The body is always trying to cleanse, and we want to create the optimal environment for that cleansing to take place.
Tonight’s call was all about the Awaken + Release Method, which contains the components for a successful cleanse.
We want to awaken the waste, pathogens, and toxins to be cleared out of the body. Our focus will be on alkaline, water-containing foods and practices supportive to the body such as getting fresh air + sunshine and moving the lymphatic system.
It is essential to release what we’ve awakened. So, welcome to colon cleansing! We discussed colon hydrotherapy, enemas, and Natalia Rose’s “Enlightener.”
This intuitive cleansing differs from other cleanses because it:
• is green-centric
• emphasizes juices; it’s not water fasting
• emphasizes colon cleansing

Our 7-Day Intuitive Cleanse starts Friday and will conclude with a celebratory meal at our CORE Gathering on the following Thursday evening.

Remember the “intuitive” piece of this cleanse is so important not only physically but also for your sweet nervous system. Listen + respond when your body is calling for something.
What Your Cleansing Day May Look Like:
• warm water + lemon
• gently moving your lymphatic system
• fresh-pressed vegetable juices (try to get in at least 2 - 16 oz juices daily), broths, or non-caffeinated herbal teas…. Go as long as you can with healing liquids until you intuitively know your body is needing more.
• blended soups or smoothies
• evening meal (or whenever you need it) consisting of 75% vegetables and 25% protein or starch
• optional finisher ideas: 1 oz of organic 85% dark chocolate or golden milk

What Your Post-Cleanse May Look Like:
• juicing 5-7 days a week (AK discusses the importance of this practice)
• colon cleansing 1-2 times a week (it’s so important to release once the waste has been awakened)
• notice what foods feel good to you + what foods don’t (you have “cleaned the slate” and reset your tastebuds with the cleanse)
• continue to be intentional about keeping your nervous system calm
Tell yourself: “I am the person who cleanses and nourishes my body. This is my true self. This is who I am and what I’m integrating into my life.”
