Anna King has been thriving as a Wellness Coach since 2012, with a focus on Emotional Wellness and Intuitive Eating. She is the driving force behind the CORE Wellness Retreats at @unlockcorewellness and has been offering private coaching through @annakingcoaching since 2012. Anna is passionate about helping individuals unlock deeper levels of health and develop a more intuitive relationship with food and their bodies. Her training includes the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Emotional Freedom Technique Certification with Brittany Watkins, and NRI Detox Mentorship with Natalia Rose. Anna resides in Lubbock, TX, with her husband Nathan, their two children, Natalie and Noah, and their golden retriever, Sunshine.

A little backstory
Around this time last year I was approached by Kimberly Robles @greenhouse-creative to collaborate on a cookbook project. Kim is an outstanding photographer and wanted to dive into photographing and publishing a cookbook.
As we chatted about the project, I tuned into what aspects of healthy eating really lights me up, and the clarity I received is that I’m not just interested in putting a recipe book out in the world. There are thousands of cookbooks, and wonderfully written, healthy ones at that. What I’m most lit up about, is helping people heal their relationship with food, unlock their intuition around food, and discover peace with eating.
Learning about healthy eating and creating healthy recipes has been my interest for over 20 years. But what I find most fascinating, is how the nervous system responds to eating in stress vs. eating in peace.
This book dives into HOW you eat being just as important as WHAT you eat. It also dives into what foods are life-giving for you, which ones are life-depleting, and how to feel the difference.
My hope is that you not only find freedom in your relationship with food, but you find yourself able to access more peace in your body than ever before!
