Originally designed as a prep course for those participating in the 4-day "Naked Retreat" , this is a simple, relatively easy way to rid your body of toxins, and your tastebuds from stimulants and addictive foods.
I love the way cleansing feels and have undertaken much cleansing in my lifetime. It's a fantastic path to glowing health, feeling light, free -PLUS it makes intuitive eating much easier to practice.
I'm constantly searching for ways to make cleansing practical and realistic in daily life rather than undertaking a cleanse that requires a great deal of commitment, time off, etc.
While this course is more of a reset than an all out cleanse, I think you'll find it very effective, restful, and achievable even if you are still needing to work, parent, or go about your daily life.
